As our Project Manager IFM, you will play a key role in driving our global transition from a decentralized, local facility management model to a standardized, integrated approach with our strategic partner, Apleona.

You will take ownership of the operational execution across assigned Villeroy & Boch plants and sites, ensuring we meet our service quality, cost optimization, and global harmonization targets.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for regional Apleona teams, establish robust performance and KPI monitoring, and actively resolve operational or contractual issues.
  • Transition & Change Management: Drive the supplier transition plan and support local change management and communication strategies to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Employee Transition (TUPE): Partner closely with HR and Legal to manage legally compliant and empathetic employee transfers (TUPE or similar local frameworks) to Apleona.

  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate diverse stakeholder landscapes and act as a reliable partner to site management.
