We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team and work on IT projects.

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop detailed project plans outlining project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Establish project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Monitor and track project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.

Team Coordination:

  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring collaboration and high performance.
  • Assign tasks, set deadlines, and track deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Manage conflicts and resolve issues within the team or with external stakeholders.
  • Certifications PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications preferred.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Professional proficiency in English and French (written and spoken); Dutch is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, Jira).
  • Knowledge of risk management principles and budgeting.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
