The Project Manager I is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional projects of low to moderate complexity under general direction. The position supports the successful delivery of projects by managing schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications. The Project Manager I works closely with business leaders, functional teams, and customers to ensure project objectives are achieved within established timelines and budget parameters.

This role may oversee multiple projects concurrently while developing expertise in project management methodologies, stakeholder management, and organizational processes.

This role will be onsite in Tustin, California.

Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Assists in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with project stakeholders.• Facilitates project planning activities and requirements-gathering discussions.• Develops and maintains project schedules, resource plans, and project documentation.• Tracks project progress against established plans, milestones, and deliverables.• Identifies, documents, and escalates project risks, issues, and scope changes.• Coordinates activities among cross-functional project team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.• Monitors project budgets and actual expenditures against approved estimates.• Maintains project dashboards, schedules, and status reports.• Communicates project status, risks, issues, and milestones to project stakeholders and management.• Facilitates project meetings and documents key decisions and action items.• Supports project implementation activities and transition-to-operations planning as required.• Ensures project documentation is maintained in accordance with company standards.• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives related to project management tools, processes, and best practices.• Performs other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.• Minimum of 1-3 years of project coordination, project management, operations, or related business experience.• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and stakeholders.• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.• Experience working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Licensing/Certifications:

• CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) preferred.
• PMI certification strongly preferred.

Travel Requirements:

• Up to 10% travel may be required based on project or business needs.

Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work primarily involves sitting, although occasional walking and standing may be required.

USD $75,000.00/Yr. - USD $95,000.00/Yr.
