Accountable for leading all aspects of the project, including leading the cross-functional team to meet project cost, timing, and technical performance goals. Customer contact on regular basis is expected. Owner of overall development budget. Responsible to regular reporting to Top Management.

Activities:

-Support Acquisition / Sales teams during quotation process.

-Coordinate Project Managment Plan / KickOff development meeting.

-Execute QGC's revision and/or conduct Project Status Reports as per project planning.

-Configuration management: Maintain project documentation.

-Conduct risk management revisions on regular basis.

-Act as a main point of contact with customers and stakeholders for project activities.

-Manage and resolve external / internal escalations.

-Determine final decision in case of disagreement within the project team.

-Control Project budget as per PMP.

-Manage cross-fuctional team to achieve project goals / milestones.

-Coordinate Change Management.

-Resources efforts estimation and planning.

-Project planning, execution and control within project's scope.

Qualifications

3- 5 yrs exp

Technical competencies

-MS-Project ( o similar)

-Ms Office application

-Project Tracking tools

Soft competencies

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills

-Conflict management/resolution

-Excellent leadership skills

Additional Information

Desirable: CAPM, PMI-ACP
