Job Description

As part of our growth, we are looking for an Project Manager Hybrid Power Plants In this role within the Platform Lifecycle Management team, you will perform the following tasks:

YOUR TASKS:

  • Lead and manage new development projects related to Hybrid Power Plant control with a strong focus on software-related activities, ensuring full compliance with budget, quality, and schedule targets
  • Define, structure, and control project scope in close collaboration with cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams
  • Assess and evaluate new project initiatives, providing expert guidance and hands-on support during approval and initiation phases to ensure successful project setup
  • Ensure alignment of schedules, scopes, and interdependencies across multiple product platforms, working closely with project and program managers to maintain consistency and coordination
  • Prepare, consolidate, and present project status reports, actively managing escalations to governance bodies, steering committees, and decision-making forums. In addition to participating in governance activities, lead selected sessions to drive key decisions and escalations
  • Coordinate and secure required resources in collaboration with line managers and project managers, ensuring efficient allocation and timely delivery
  • Oversee technical coordination activities, including risk identification, assessment, prioritization, and mitigation across the full project lifecycle.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute prototype testing, validation, and ramp-up activities, in close cooperation with engineering and operational teams to ensure the transition to production
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders across the organization, demonstrating a strong understanding of business context and applying a global perspective aligned with company strategy

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Master’s degree in engineering
  • Many years of experience in strategic projects in wind industry sector
  • Management of projects related to hybrid power plant control including system interoperability across Wind turbines (WTG), PV systems, BESS, Electrolyzers
  • Advanced user of MS Office (including MS Project Server). Experience in JIRA and Confluence; hands-on experience with ERP and PLM systems is an asset.
  • Exposure to multicultural teams working in different time zones is a plus
  • Advanced English level (C1-C2). Spanish and/or German are a plus
  • Availability to travel
