Title Project Manager

Reporting to: Vice President of Product

The Project Manager will play an integral role in the development and drive of the product plan while also managing the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) cycle. This person will work with the existing team to analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of the projects. The PM should encompass a diverse range of initiatives aimed at improving patient care, streamlining operations, and enhancing healthcare delivery across the organization.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and efficient operation of product roadmap

· Develop a detailed and comprehensive project plan including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, while considering the unique requirements of healthcare projects.

· Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, to ensure effective project execution and communication

· Collaborate with other PMs to improve the efficiency and quality of the delivery output/healthcare product

· Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or obstacles.

· Maintain detailed project documentation, track progress, and provide regular reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

· Support all ADHOC projects as they arise

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

· Proven experience as a PM in a SaaS company under the development team

· Proven experience in project management within the healthcare industry, including successful project completion

· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

· Minimum 3+ years’ experience or exposure to Project Management

· Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, such as HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders

· Detail-oriented and highly organized

This position offers the flexibility of working two days remote weekly!

Salary: 75,000-95,000 annually
