Project Manager HR
About the Role
An international organization is looking for an experienced Project Manager HR to lead and coordinate strategic HR transformation projects, with a strong focus on HR software platform implementations.
The role involves managing end-to-end HR projects, ensuring successful delivery, stakeholder alignment, change management, and high-quality implementation of HR solutions that improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage HR projects from initiation through go-live and post-implementation support
Lead the implementation of HR software platforms and related transformation initiatives
Define and manage project scope, planning, timelines, budget, and deliverables
Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and third-party vendors
Ensure clear governance, communication, and alignment across all stakeholders
Organize and facilitate analysis workshops to gather and validate business requirements
Ensure requirements are accurately documented and reflected in project blueprints
Prepare and maintain project documentation including planning, communication, testing, and reporting materials
Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
Monitor testing progress, track defects, and ensure timely issue resolution
Escalate critical risks or blockers to ensure project deadlines are achieved
Identify project dependencies, risks, and mitigation actions
Support change management and user adoption activities throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure integration and consistency across multiple project streams and implementation partners
Required Experience & Skills
Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in project management
Proven experience implementing HR software platforms
Experience within HR environments or strong understanding of HR processes and employee experience
Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendors
Project Management
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Ability to structure and coordinate complex projects with multiple workstreams
Strong planning, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities
Experience managing budgets, timelines, and delivery quality
Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
Good listener with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work in fast-paced and multicultural environments
Languages
English – Fluent
Dutch or French – Fluent

Duration: Until November 2026 with possible extension
