We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage road/highway construction projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC Registered)
  • Minimum of 10 years total experience in civil engineering
  • At least 10 years proven experience as a Project Manager in road/highway projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project scheduling, and contract management
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end execution of road/highway infrastructure projects
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and government agencies
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Oversee site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are met
  • Review and approve project deliverables, variations, and progress billings
  • Lead project meetings and ensure alignment among all project stakeholders
