We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Cloud Migration & Modernization Projects to lead enterprise cloud transformation initiatives from solution definition to successful delivery.
The Project Manager is responsible for the entire project lifecycle, governing customer solution commitments from the pre-sales phase through to successful delivery and handoff. This role bridges the gap between sales promises and engineering reality, acting as the ultimate owner of both solution feasibility and execution excellence.
Lead end-to-end Cloud Migration & Modernization projects, including planning, execution, delivery, and handover.
Partner with customers to understand business objectives, IT environments, challenges, and transformation goals.
Collaborate with Presales and technical teams to define feasible cloud solutions, project scope, effort, timeline, and delivery approach.
Manage project governance including scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
Ensure project commitments are aligned with approved scope, technical standards, and customer expectations.
Lead cross-functional teams including Cloud Engineers, Solution Architects, DevOps, and Customer Success teams to achieve project objectives.
Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and issue resolution.
Drive project reporting, stakeholder updates, customer acceptance, and successful transition to operations/support teams.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Project Management, preferably managing enterprise technology transformation projects.
Proven experience delivering Cloud Migration, Cloud Transformation, Infrastructure Modernization, or Application Modernization projects.
Experience working with enterprise customers, especially in BFSI domain.
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ownership mindset.
Having a PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certificate is a plus.
