Today we are looking for a Project Manager to join the GTR project and provide structured, dependable support to project managers and cross‑functional stakeholders. This role focuses on ensuring smooth project execution, maintaining high‑quality reporting, and coordinating multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced, international environment.

YOU WILL

  • Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables remain on track.
  • Support Project Managers and PMO by maintaining structured processes, templates, and reporting standards.
  • Prepare and update dashboards in Excel and PowerPoint, ensuring accuracy and transparency of project data.
  • Monitor risks and issues, proactively flagging potential delays and supporting mitigation planning.
  • Manage communication flows between global, regional, and local teams.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional inputs for product launches, new market entries, and retail infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure documentation quality, version control, and proper archiving of project materials.
  • Support commercial marketing execution by coordinating campaign assets, timelines, and in‑store activation materials.
  • Collaborate with key business areas including Brand Retail, Brand Content, CX, B2B deployment, GBS deployment, and Commercial Planners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Contribute to GTR business priorities by supporting initiatives that drive commercial performance and retail excellence.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or project management support roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, Excel reporting, and PowerPoint dashboards.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple streams simultaneously and identify risks early.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and a high level of accountability.
  • Experience working with commercial marketing, retail, content, or commercial planning teams is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and international environments.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Availability to work within a flexible time window (6:00–17:00) to support Asia‑based projects when needed.
