Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager who excels in fast-paced industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or heavy commercial environments? Do you enjoy leading projects from concept through completion while building strong relationships with clients, field teams, and trade partners?

Join our team onsite at the GM Plant in Arlington, TX, where we have served as a trusted construction partner for more than a decade. This position offers a steady pipeline of work, including industrial renovations, facility upgrades, plant expansions, manufacturing improvements, infrastructure projects, and capital construction projects within a dynamic production environment.

As the Onsite Construction Project Manager, you will lead multiple projects simultaneously, partnering closely with superintendents, field staff, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to safely deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

What You Bring

Candidates whose experience or expertise substantially exceed the requirements of the role are encouraged to apply, as we may have current or future roles which may better align with experience.

• An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Four-year engineering or construction management degree.
• Five to seven years of related experience.
• A valid driver’s license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons’ ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.

Nice to Have

• Solid understanding of construction equipment and techniques, drawings, and specifications, building materials and required standards applicable to subject area.
• Ability to assume responsibility, interact and communicate with others.
• Proficiency in 0365 office suite.

Compensation

Target Hiring Range: $93,000 - $122,000 annually

Boldt recognizes that experience, expertise, and specialized skills create value. The target hiring range for this position is $93,000 - $122,000 annually; compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to base compensation, employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus and participation in applicable company benefit programs.
