Shape the Future of Global Data Center Services!

The rapid growth of hyperscale and enterprise data centers is creating increasingly complex global service environments. As Project Manager Global Service Contracts, you will play a pivotal role in translating global service agreements into successful regional execution. Working at the intersection of the Data Center Center of Competence (CoC), Regional Companies, and key customer stakeholders, you will drive alignment, governance, and operational excellence across a truly international landscape.

If you thrive in a role where influencing stakeholders is just as important as managing projects and processes, this could be your next career step!

Your Challenge

As the link between the global Data Center CoC and Regional Companies, you ensure the successful execution, governance, and continuous improvement of global Datacenter service contracts across different countries and cultures. While the CoC secures and structures the business, you help regional organizations successfully deliver the service commitments within the contractual framework. As the number of customers, countries, and contracts continues to grow, your contribution will be key in creating structure, standardization, and sustainable growth across the organization.

The position requires strong project management, commercial, contractual, and stakeholder management capabilities, combined with a deep understanding of global service operations and datacenter infrastructure environments.

Your Responsibilities

Contract Governance & Commercial Support

  • Ensure compliance with global contract requirements and service commitments across Regional Companies.
  • Support regional teams with contract interpretation, claims management, and governance-related challenges.
  • Identify and help realize commercial opportunities such as change orders, service upgrades, scope expansions, and lifecycle services.
  • Drive standardization and best-practice sharing across the global service organization.

Execution Excellence & Performance Management

  • Monitor service contract execution and proactively identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate performance reviews together with Commercial Project Managers (CPMs) and headquarters stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain global service KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures.
  • Support the implementation of global service systems, processes, training concepts, and installed-base management frameworks.
  • Ensure lessons learned are captured and applied across regions.

Global Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary interface between Regional Companies, Headquarters functions, the Data Center CoC, Service Operations teams, and customers.
  • Lead governance meetings, performance reviews, and alignment workshops.
  • Harmonize service delivery approaches while respecting regional differences and local requirements.
  • Influence stakeholders across different cultures and organizational structures to achieve common objectives.

Risk & Escalation Management

  • Support Regional Companies during critical customer situations and escalations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve contractual and operational challenges.
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions to improve service delivery performance.
  • Maintain stakeholder alignment and communication during high-pressure situations.

You bring the following skills and competencies

You take initiative naturally and thrive in a leading role, turning complexity into opportunity. With a sharp eye for business value and a disciplined approach to execution, you know how to move ideas into results. You build strong relationships across cultures and groups by adjusting your communication style to the audience and creating commitment through credibility, trust, and collaboration.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Approximately 5+ years of professional experience, including exposure to project environments.
  • Experience within Data Centers, critical infrastructure, UPS systems, or a comparable technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and service delivery execution.
  • Knowledge of how Siemens projects are structured and executed is an advantage.
  • Experience working with large and complex technology-driven customers, ideally within the hyperscale data center sector.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational environments with political sensitivity and cultural awareness. And combining a proactive, independent mindset with a strong team-oriented approach.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

We offer you

  • A high impact role within the global Service & Execution Data Center team .
  • A preferred full time position (40 hours) with a hybrid working model. Flexibility in working hours and on site presence based on individual circumstances and company requirements.
  • A competitive employment package with flexible benefits and variable income.

  • Strong opportunities for professional development, internal mobility and collaboration across regional and global teams.
