THE PURPOSE
Working as a member of the Parts Excellence Team, in this strategic key position, you will take full ownership of the annual inventory processes and stocktaking governance across all global regions. You will act as the structural backbone ensuring that physical stock positions perfectly mirror our system data, driving process standardization, and guiding regional teams to achieve flawless compliance and inventory accuracy.
YOUR TASKS
YOUR PROFILE
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical-analytical qualification
2-4+ years of professional experience in organizing, executing, or coordinating large-scale physical inventories or cycle counting processes – ideally within an international industrial, wind energy, or service environment.
Strong hands-on knowledge of enterprise ERP systems, specifically SAP (modules MM/WM/SD), and a solid understanding of how physical stock movements impact system routing and financial ledger categories.
High affinity for numbers, data accuracy, and detail-oriented processing, combined with solid command of MS Excel for data evaluation and variance reporting.
Strong communication skills in English, with the diplomatic capability to guide, train, and align diverse, cross-cultural regional teams across different time zones – Spanish or German would be a bonus
Regular willingness to travel, especially between Porto, Pamplona, Hamburg, and international subsidiaries
