Job Description

We are seeking a
highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead and manage projects from
initiation to completion. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are
delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals while
collaborating closely with stakeholders, development teams, and technical
resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in
  Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, or related
  field
• PMP certification or
  equivalent project management qualification is an advantage
• Proven experience in project
  management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management
• Experience working with
  senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Strong leadership,
  communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Strong contract negotiation
  and conflict resolution experience
• Proficiency in project
  management and software development tools such as Jira, Confluence, and
  Trello

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage
  projects from start to finish
• Define project scope, goals,
  deliverables, tasks, timelines, and required resources
• Manage project budgets,
  schedules, and resource allocation
• Coordinate and support
  project teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Track deliverables and
  monitor overall project progress
• Lead quality assurance
  activities and implement changes when necessary
• Present project updates,
  issues, solutions, and progress reports to stakeholders
• Evaluate project outcomes and
  assess overall project performance
• Work closely with the Project
  Manager, Development Team, and Technical Resources to ensure alignment and
  execution
