Client's Industry: Kitchen & Bath Remodeling (Home Services Franchise)Client location: Atlanta, Georgia (EST)Schedule (time and timezone): Wednesday–Sunday Eastern Standard Time (EST)Exact hours TBD (Theo determining best ROI hours)
Client business Overview:Clients need support for Sales Development (primary), Social Media, and Bookkeeping. Uses multiple business tools for CRM, project management, and accounting. Prioritizes strong English and prefers to scale to 3 assistants after validating Wing’s process.
Required:Project Manager with 5+ years of experience managing kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects.Excellent EnglishReal time availability via Zoom and phone: 7am-6pm EST (New York Time)Excel spreadsheet proficient
Preferred:Buildertrend experienceCRM experience
Technical Requirements:• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature• Working Webcam• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
