Delivering Franchise and Market Access Activity Across Europe

We are now seeking a Project Manager in our Franchise & Market Access team to operationally drive the planning, coordination and delivery of European franchise and market access initiatives. As a standalone role it sits at the centre of execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects move from planning into timely and high-quality delivery.

About the Role

As Project Manager, you will provide day-to-day support across a range of European activities. You will work closely with franchise leaders and cross-functional partners to coordinate inputs, track progress, and ensure plans are translated into effective execution.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting European marketing, franchise and market access activities through structured project coordination

Managing timelines, deliverables and dependencies across multiple workstreams

Maintaining project plans, calendars and tracking tools to support annual planning and ongoing activities

Coordinating franchise governance meetings, including preparation of materials, actions and follow-up

Working closely with enabling functions (finance, legal, compliance, IT) to support smooth delivery

Coordinating vendor engagement, contracting processes, POs, budget tracking and payments

Supporting new product planning activities through coordination of gate reviews and agreed deliverables

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a well-organised and proactive project manager who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and understands the importance of detail, follow-through and consistency.

You will bring:

  • Experience in marketing and/or project management within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrated experience of supporting European marketing, franchise and market access activities through structured project coordination
  • A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Experience working across international, matrix organisations
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and build strong relationships across functions
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities concurrently
  • Excellent written and spoken English
