About Foundational Learning at CSF
Foundational Learning team at Central Square Foundation supports the States and Districts in designing and implementing the initiatives to achieve improved FLN learning outcomes for children.
We collaborate with Governments at State and District to:
Support the design and implementation of comprehensive
Foundational Learning Missions aligned with NIPUN BharatStrengthen teacher capacity, academic design, and
monitoring systems to improve classroom practiceBuild district and state delivery capacity through Project
Management Units (PMUs)Project Manager, Foundational Learning will play a key role in supporting the design, implementation, and monitoring of FLN initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to contribute in strengthening system capacity, improve delivery mechanisms, and ensure effective implementation of foundational learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Project Management Support:
Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines to
ensure timely and effective implementation of initiativesStakeholder Management and Coordination
Build and maintain strong working relationships with
government officials across levelsCapacity Building and Field Support
Conduct field visits to observe classroom practices, collect
insights, and support district teams in improving on-ground implementationData and Insights for Decision-Making
Strengthen data systems to enable regular and reliable
collection of learning and implementation data.Documentation & Reporting
Prepare timely and accurate reports, documenting the
program progress, achievements, challenges, and financial utilizationRequired Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree preferred (in
education, management, development studies, or related disciplines)Prior experience working with government stakeholders and
