Restoration Project Managers work with owners and sub-contractors after events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a Restoration Project Manager, you will supervise the renovation, as well as manage costs with the insurance provider. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field.

We are looking for individuals who are results driven and can manage several moving parts at one time. The ideal Restoration Project Manager:

• Is self-motivated
• Likes working with people and tradesman
• Is organized, but flexible. Must be able to prioritize and manage time
• Thrives under high stress situations
• Has excellent communication skills and carries themselves in a professional
• manner
• Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Is willing to work hard
• Construction project management experience is preferred

Construction project management experience is preferred. (1-3 Years)
Compensation: $3,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
