The Office for Study Programmes and Student Affairs (AUS) at DTU is looking for a proactive Project Manager to join the Office of International Education as Project Manager for the EuroTeQ Pathway Project, a newly awarded 24-month EU-funded project focused on the European Degree Label.
In this role you will help translate new European educational frameworks into practice and support their implementation across DTU, contributing to the continued development and internationalisation of DTU’s educational portfolio.
As Project Manager, you will be at the centre of this work, coordinating partners across Europe while taking responsibility for key training, stakeholder engagement, and implementation activities. Through your work, you will help strengthen DTU’s capacity to engage in new forms of European educational collaboration and turn emerging opportunities into lasting value for DTU and its students.
You will join the Office of International Education, as part of the Office for Study Programmes and Student Affairs (AUS), which has approximately 120 employees and is responsible for developing and supporting DTU’s educational processes, with a strong focus on our students.
As our new Project Manager, you will coordinate the EuroTeQ Pathway Project from planning and reporting, to partner coordination and delivery of key activities.
This is not a conventional project management position. You will also take an active role in developing the project’s content, leading training and stakeholder activities, and strengthening DTU’s understanding of the European Degree Label and its implications in a Danish context. You will work closely with consortium partners and DTU colleagues, while taking responsibility for the quality and delivery of the project activities within your remit.
The role offers an opportunity to combine international project leadership with educational development and stakeholder engagement, while helping translate European developments into value for DTU and its educational portfolio. We anticipate 5-10 travel days a year.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Knowledge of Danish is not required for the position. However, as much of DTU's internal administration is conducted in Danish, you should expect to encounter Danish in larger meetings and institutional contexts.
You have a university degree and, ideally, experience from the education sector or another publicly funded organization, with experience in project management.

The appointment will be based on the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (AC).
