As a Project Manager for Out-of-Home Beverage Systems at Nestlé Professional Product Technology Center for Coffee & Beverages, your mission is to lead the development, evaluation and deployment of connected beverage dispensing solutions that deliver reliable experiences for customers and consumers. You’ll make a difference by collaborating closely with research and development teams, markets, commercial partners and equipment manufacturers. This is an opportunity to expand your R&D project leadership experience, strengthen your technical expertise in connected beverage systems and build a global network across markets, functions and equipment partners.

How you’ll make an impact as a Project Manager – Out-of-Home Beverage Systems

  • Leading multidisciplinary beverage-system projects from concept to deployment, aligning technology, timing, resources and quality.
  • Evaluating and validating professional coffee machines and beverage dispensers to support technology selection, development and sourcing decisions.
  • Coordinating field trials and in-cup testing to turn evidence into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Delivering accurate technical guidance and engaging learning materials that enable successful product launches and adoption.
  • Strengthening equipment performance and user experience by resolving complex issues with manufacturers and deployment teams.
  • Driving innovation, cost optimization and continuous improvement across development, evaluation and service processes.

What will make you successful

  • Bringing strong project leadership across hardware, software, connected technologies, planning, resources, budgets and quality.
  • Applying technical evaluation, field testing and root-cause analysis in technical or laboratory environments related to beverage equipment and dispensing solutions.
  • Creating clear technical learning materials and delivering practical training, supported by an understanding of after-sales service for electrical appliances.
  • Collaborating confidently across functions, cultures and external partners while communicating complex topics clearly.
  • Communicating fluently in written and spoken English; any other language is a plus.
  • Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning, while translating ideas into measurable impact and creating shared value.
