Job Description

Are you looking for a role where you can help drive change across a global organization? A role that will accelerate your development in one of the world’s leading healthcare companies and give you exposure to senior leaders across the business?

About the position

This is a 12-month parental leave cover within Executive Office & Corporate Strategy.

At Demant, we are looking for a Project Manager for our Executive Office & Corporate Strategy. In this role, you will work at the heart of key Group Governance Processes and leadership initiatives, helping create the structure, alignment, and follow-through which enable effective decision-making and execution across the organization. You will report to the VP of Executive Office and Corporate Strategy department.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, coordinating, and driving progress across a larger stakeholder landscape. You may come from project management, consulting, executive support, business support, or a similar background. What matters most is your ability to stay ahead, create structure, and turn plans into results.

If you are motivated by working with senior leaders, enjoy bringing order to complexity, and take pride in helping people and projects succeed, this could be the role for you.

Welcome to Executive Office & Corporate Strategy

You will join Executive Office & Corporate Strategy, a team working closely with top leadership across Demant. We are located at the Demant HQ in Smørum close to Copenhagen. From here, we support the governance processes, leadership forums, and strategic initiatives that help ensure momentum, alignment and effective execution across the Group.

As Project Manager, you will have direct impact on several key Group processes. You will help coordinate the preparation of the Annual Report, support the Global Top Management programme, and help strengthen governance planning across the organisation. In doing so, you will work closely with senior stakeholders and gain valuable insight into how a global organisation operates and makes decisions.

Create structure, alignment, and follow-through

You will create clarity around timelines, responsibilities, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring good collaboration and follow-through across a broad range of stakeholders. While many of the processes you support are important and visible across the organization, success in the role is less about managing large-scale programmes and more about creating structure, staying ahead, and helping people deliver on their commitments.

The role combines planning, coordination, stakeholder management, governance support, and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in ensuring that important activities progress smoothly, deadlines are met, and stakeholders remain aligned.

Responsibilities

  • Drive project management of the Management and Sustainability Statement processes for the Annual Report
  • Coordinate the Global Top Management programme, including leadership events and associated deliverables
  • Maintain and develop the Group Annual Wheel and related governance planning
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder follow-up
  • Prepare and coordinate presentations, pre-reads, meeting materials, and governance deliverables
  • Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks to keep activities on track
  • Drive continuous improvements to governance processes and ways of working
  • Support the VP of Executive Office & Corporate Strategy on key priorities and special projects

Who you are

Your background could be in project management, consulting, executive support, business support, PMO, or a similar role. What matters most is that you are someone who naturally creates structure, thinks ahead, and enjoys turning plans into action.

You are often the person who spots what needs to happen next, creates a plan, and helps others stay on track. You enjoy coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing timelines and dependencies, and creating clarity in a busy environment.

We imagine that you:

  • Have experience coordinating projects, events, processes, or business activities
  • Are highly organized and enjoy planning, tracking progress, and following up
  • Build relationships and collaborate effectively across functions and organisational levels
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Bring a practical mindset and a drive to continuously improve the way things are done
  • Thrive in a role with broad exposure and close collaboration with senior leaders
  • Experience supporting leadership teams, governance processes, executive-level forums, or working in consulting, executive support, business support, project coordination, or PMO roles would be an advantage.

While the role is initially offered on a fixed-term basis, it provides a unique opportunity to build a strong network across Demant, gain exposure to senior leadership, and contribute to some of the Group's most important governance processes and leadership initiatives.

How to apply

Please send your CV and cover letter as soon as possible or no later than September 28. Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.

We are curious to meet you!
