Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead development projects related to E-Mobility and Electric Drive products
  Including e-Axle, e-Motor, Hybrid, Mild Hybrid, etc.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and close complex, multi-site projects, coordinating closely with internal and external stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into clear specifications for project teams in Japan and overseas, ensuring proper execution.
• Coordinate with overseas testing teams to define test conditions, execute testing activities, analyze results, and support explanations and reporting to customers.

Your Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline
• 
  Experience in product development or technical development within the automotive industry
• 
  Development experience in E-Mobility, electronics, or electronic control systems
• 
  7+ years of development project management experience, including:
  • At least 3 years managing large-scale industrial/manufacturing projects across global sites
• 
  Project Management-related certification (Project Manager Certification)Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation, communication, and high cultural sensitivity
• 
  Business-level proficiency or higher in both Japanese and English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• MBA
• Proficiency in Chinese
