Job Introduction
CNS-Solutions & Support GmbH, headquartered in Vienna (1100), is an Austrian company and a member of the Frequentis Group. Founded in 2004, the company develops software solutions and provides consulting services in safety-critical environments, particularly in crisis, emergency and information management. Its products aim to improve efficiency and safety in handling incidents, technical disruptions and crisis situations. CNS-Solutions serves industries such as aviation, defense and maritime.
Key Tasks

• Together with your colleagues, you will support the entire project life cycle – from requirements analysis, planning and conceptual design through to successful project completion and subsequent customer support within the scope of maintenance contracts.
• In addition to coordination tasks, you will also deal intensively with the technical, functional and professional aspects of our applications.
• You will actively familiarize yourself with our customers’ solutions and requirements to ensure that projects are optimally tailored to their needs.
• You are responsible for continuous project controlling with regard to resources, budget, milestones and schedules, as well as for continuous reporting on the current project status.
• Identifying risks, defining countermeasures, continuously tracking risks and implementing the internal project mandate are also part of your area of responsibility.

Key Qualifications
Your Profile

• Experience in project management / experience in coordinating software projects (especially in the area of web and mobile app development)
• Completed technical education or completed degree (combination of technical and business knowledge, e.g. Business Informatics)
• Alternatively, several years of project management experience in software development
• Experience in the railway sector and/or defense
• Experience in working with project management tools

• Excellent IT understanding
• Team spirit, proactive communication and professional demeanor
• Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
• Negotiation skills
• Leadership skills, resilience and flexibility
• Ability to see the big picture
