As a Project Manager, Food Production, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large, customized food safety audit programs ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. In addition to core project management responsibilities, this role is accountable for audit lifecycle management, stakeholder coordination, data integrity, and operational escalation support. You will serve as the central point of accountability for project performance, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes and revenue delivery. This role requires a highly detail-oriented professional with strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, and the ability to manage high-volume, process-driven workstreams.
Lead the coordination and execution of a large-scale food safety audit program, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with defined requirements and service levels
Manage end-to-end workflows, including scheduling, tracking, and completion of program activities, while proactively addressing delays or gaps
Maintain accurate reporting and dashboards to provide clear visibility into program performance, risks, and key metrics
Oversee data integrity across systems, performing checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation
Analyze program data and trends to generate insights, support decision-making, and identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and overall program effectiveness
Act as a primary point of escalation for operational, technical, and client-related issues, driving timely resolution and continuous improvement
Build and maintain client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact and fostering long-term trust
Communicate proactively to align expectations, share updates, and ensure a seamless client experience
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure integrated service delivery
Share client insights to support continuous improvement and inform service enhancements

Salary Range: $49,000 - $108,000
The total pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
