Job Description

Project Manager will drive business growth by building strong client relationships, managing strategic accounts, and delivering high-quality food safety and certification solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing consultation, education, and support on food safety programs while ensuring successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and identifying new business opportunities.

  • Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.

  • Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and business development metrics.

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.

  • Coordinate re-quoting activities, contract renewals, and service expansions.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize workflows and deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver business summaries, performance reports, and project updates to clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives, timelines, and expectations.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance on food safety and certification services.
