Project Manager (f/m/d)

Your tasks: We make the difference together

• You lead and implement a variety of projects focused on improving administrative processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and best practices.
• You analyze current operations, monitor financial and performance KPIs, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and meet targets.
• You oversee project initiation, planning, execution, and successful delivery while managing budgets and resources effectively.
• You assemble and coordinate cross-functional project teams, serving as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• You identify, document, and share best practice across multiple sites, providing hands-on support to project teams where needed.

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

• You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• You have proven experience in project management within administrative or corporate service environments; familiarity with agile or hybrid project management methodologies is an advantage.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset and proficiency in using advanced Excel tools.
• You have a knack for conceptual thinking and the ability to visualize complex ideas and processes.
• You have a structured and independent working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• You are fluent in English.
• You demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to travel regularly to support project deployments across various locations
