Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of fixed network projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery according to defined timelines.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and securing necessary funding.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns as they arise.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and foster collaboration among team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in project management within the telecommunications or fixed networks sector.
• Strong understanding of fixed network technologies, including fiber optics and DSL.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving results.
