We are looking for a new colleague to join our VELUX Finance Transformation Office (FTO), to drive transformation and deliver strategic projects.
You will join a global team with colleagues in Denmark and Poland, bringing together Project Managers, Transformation Specialists and Change & Communication capabilities. We combine delivery discipline, transformation expertise and close business collaboration to turn Finance priorities into measurable outcomes and sustainable improvements.
Our culture is collaborative, transparent and pragmatic. We value professional curiosity, mutual respect, continuous learning and a healthy sense of humour.
You are structured, analytical and proactive, with the drive to move projects forward and the judgement to involve the right people at the right time. You balance the bigger picture with attention to delivery details and communicate clearly with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.
You enjoy working as part of a team, are comfortable navigating a matrix organisation and build trust through transparency, reliability and constructive collaboration. You motivate others around a shared goal and remain focused when priorities, dependencies or circumstances change.
