ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania, and support the delivery of projects within the financial services domain. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution while contributing to innovative solutions for the banking and financial sector.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

- Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning to delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration between business and technical stakeholders.
- Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
- Support continuous process improvements and contribute to successful project outcomes.

WHAT WE EXPECT

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the financial services, banking, or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of financial services concepts, including debits, credits, and core banking processes.
- IntelliMatch experience is not required, but very nice to have.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.

WHAT WE OFFER

Salary range (for employees in Lithuania only): 4100 – 5700€ gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).

This is a hybrid position, based in Vilinius.
