Requirements
We’re looking for a Project Manager – Field Service Migration who can turn executive vision into a successfully delivered and fully adopted field service platform. This role will own project momentum, drive disciplined decision-making, and lead cross-functional execution across business, IT, and vendor teams—ensuring nothing critical is missed before go-live and that the final solution meets or exceeds current service, financial, and customer experience standards.
Specifically, MacDonald-Miller is migrating from Key2Act’s Wennsoft Service module within our legacy Great Plains ERP environment to BuildOps. This transformation will directly impact and improve the daily work experience of approximately 350 service team members. While the project will be complex and fast-paced, it will also be highly visible, meaningful, and rewarding.
This is a dedicated, full-time onsite role from project kickoff through hypercare and stabilization.
Own the integrated project plan, dependencies, timelines, and execution across discovery, configuration, testing, go-live, and stabilization phases.
Drive meetings toward decisions and outcomes. Surface tradeoffs, escalate issues appropriately, and maintain forward momentum aligned with sponsor and IT leadership direction.
Bring together business process owners, IT, data teams, change management, and vendor partners into one coordinated execution rhythm. This role will work closely with the ERP Project Manager throughout the implementation.
Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and prevent downstream surprises—particularly around integrations, data migration, testing, and operational readiness.
Maintain accurate visibility into project scope, status, readiness, risks, timelines, and dependencies for leadership and stakeholders.
