• Knowledge of CAD software required. • Shall be knowledgeable of construction and project management practices/techniques and be proficient in the use of project management computer software. • Shall be familiar with applicable local, state, and federal codes, NFPA, JCAHO, and OSHA regulations as related to health care and health care related facilities.
