To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Projet Manager- Fabrication located in Dallas, TX.

Reporting to the Operations Sr Director, the Project Manager - Fabrication will be responsible of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and project strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Organize, plan and direct project schedules and budgets.

  • In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.

  • Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.

  • Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.

  • Reviews project proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.

  • Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of projectand arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.

  • Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.

  • Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.

  • In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.

  • Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.

  • Monitor and track that project and project deliverables are met.

  • Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.

  • Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in project administration/management, with demonstrated ownership of end‑to‑end project execution and overall project health.

  • Hands-on experience managing projects in manufacturing settings involving powder.

  • Advanced operational, technical, and people/process management skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally and build strong internal and external customer relationships in a customer‑facing environment.

  • Expert understanding of multiple functional processes and technologies, including their interdependencies across the site(s), and the strategic impact of the function across locations.

  • Strong execution and communication skills, ensuring on‑time delivery, clear stakeholder communication, and effective use of Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) for reporting and analysis.

  • Deep knowledge of Flex operations and business practices, with demonstrated expertise in complex technical or functional areas; prior experience leading or managing small teams.
