About the Role

Our client is looking for a
Project Manager
to lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of key retail projects aimed at
expanding market reach, boosting sales, and enhancing service offerings
. This role requires strong
project management expertise, resource coordination, and stakeholder engagement
to ensure smooth, timely, and budget-conscious project roll-outs.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

• 
  Lead and manage retail expansion projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• 
  Oversee
  project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  to deliver results on time and within scope.
• 
  Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.

Resource Management

• 
  Allocate and optimize resources efficiently to maximize project effectiveness.
• 
  Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Stakeholder Engagement

• 
  Collaborate with key teams, including
  Retail Operations, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Specialties, and Dealers
  , to drive project completion.
• 
  Maintain open and transparent communication with all stakeholders for smooth coordination.

Project Monitoring & Reporting

• 
  Track project progress against timelines and budgets using
  monitoring tools and frameworks
  .
• 
  Provide
  regular updates and reports
  to senior management on project milestones.
• 
  Assess project outcomes and implement
  continuous improvement strategies
  .

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s degree
  in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 
  5+ years of project management experience
  , preferably in
  retail or a related industry
  .
• 
  Proven ability to
  manage multiple projects simultaneously
  while meeting deadlines.
• 
  Strong
  leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  .
• 
  Excellent
  communication and stakeholder management abilities
  .
• 
  Proficiency in
  project management tools and methodologies
  .
