Project Manager – ERP Implementation
Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Hybrid Working Model)
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are supporting a
leading multi-site organization in the fitness and wellness industry as they
embark on a large-scale ERP transformation. As Project Manager – ERP
Implementation, youll play a central role in managing the end-to-end rollout
of Workday across HR, Finance, Payroll, and Operations functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project
Planning & Stakeholder Alignment Lead the ERP transition from legacy systems to
Workday, working with cross-functional teams across Thailand and
international HQ.
- Solution
Design & Configuration Collaborate with implementation partners to tailor
Workday solutions that align with business needs.
- Data
Migration & Integrity Oversee data extraction, cleansing, mapping, and
validation to ensure a smooth migration.
- Integration
& Testing
Manage system integrations and lead various testing stages including UAT,
system, and integration testing.
- Change
Management & Training Drive adoption with training sessions, workshops, and
support materials in both English and Thai.
- Deployment
& Go-Live
Coordinate cutover plans, go-live support, and post-implementation
optimization.
- Governance
& Reporting
Track milestones, budgets, risks, and provide regular project updates to
local and international stakeholders.
Required Experience:
- At least 3 years project
management experience overseeing complex technical or business
transformation projects
- Demonstrated success leading
ERP (ideally Workday) implementations for multi-site organizations
- Familiarity with project
lifecycle phases including planning, configuration, data migration, and
change management
- Experience working in
bilingual (Thai/English) environments and coordinating with international
stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, IT,
Project Management or related discipline
- Fluency in both Thai and
English is essential
- Prior Workday implementation
experience is highly desirable
