We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our ERP implementation team. In this role, you will assist in planning, executing, and finalizing ERP projects according to deadlines and within budget. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience working in the ERP industry and a strong interest in project management and enterprise systems.
Support the planning and coordination of ERP project activities across multiple departments.
Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior project managers and stakeholders.
Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Prepare project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and timelines.
Coordinate with technical teams, consultants, and business users to ensure timely task completion.
Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating as needed.
Help monitor resource allocation and task assignments.
Ensure adherence to project management best practices and ERP implementation methodologies.
Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in ERP projects (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.).
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of ERP system functionality and workflows.
PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification is a plus (not mandatory).
