Requirements

The successful candidate will join our Technology Delivery team, supporting the delivery of a range of ERP projects while also helping to triage and manage operational tickets.

This role is based in the UK and operates from Kurt Geiger’s Head Office.

The Person:

A successful candidate should have:

  • Proven experience delivering technology-led projects, with a strong emphasis on ERP systems (ideally within a retail environment)
  • Solid project management expertise across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • The ability to plan, organise, and manage all phases of a project to ensure timely delivery
  • Confidence working in ambiguous or evolving environments, with the ability to manage uncertainty effectively
  • A flexible management style, adapting to different working environments while maintaining a strong focus on delivery
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience in identifying and managing risks to minimise project impact
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Monday.com (advantageous)
  • The ability to create and maintain project plans across multiple teams, including third-party partners
  • A proven track record of delivering results and driving projects to completion

Please note: while this role involves end-to-end project ownership, it is primarily focused on ERP delivery. Demonstrable experience managing ERP implementations, enhancements, or integrations is essential.
