Position PurposeThe Project Manager serves as a key project leader responsible for planning, developing, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects. This role maintains accountability for project scope, budget, resources, and team coordination, ensuring successful execution from start to finish. TheProject Manager supports the development and implementation of the project execution plan, including the strategy, approach, and detailed specifications required to deliver successful outcomes.Essential Responsibilities/Accountabilities

- Participateincostestimatesanddetermine contingencies.
- Establishpricingandpayment schedules
- Commercial,Contractual& Legal
- UnderstandtheProject’scommercialtermsasoutlinedinthecontract,alongwith contractual & legal relationships formed between TAIT and the project client.
- ActasaClientadvocatewithinTAITbyensuringthehighestlevelsofCustomerService and sustaining the boutique experience that our Clients have come to expect.
- Maintain a uniqueconnectiontoourClients,theirteams,andtheir stakeholders
- EnsureTAIT'sduties&responsibilitiesareproperly executed. Ensuretheclientexecutestheirdutiescorrectlyand,wherenecessary,ensureTAITs interests are protected.

Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of Project management or relevant industry experience in entertainment, live events, construction management, or other relevant field. OR Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Technical Theater, or Live Event related field, plus 2+ years experience in Entertainment or Project Management. The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and agile environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Strong knowledge of following software:
- Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Project scheduling (e.g. MS Project, Asana)
- Budget management and analysis (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (e.g. Epicor, SAP)
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) (e.g. Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Content Management System (e.g. Box, SharePoint, Google Drive)
- Familiarity with manufacturing or fabrication processes and principles
- Ability to be in office Monday - Friday, with travel to job sites up to 30%
Preferred Experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Proven track record of managing profitable projects
- Proven ability to prioritize across multiple projects
- Commercial and contractual responsibilities
- Cost estimation and control
- Risk management
- Familiarity with Slack
- Work within a matrixed organizational structure

Work conditions of the role are:Work conditions may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements such as dirt, dust, fumes, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.
- Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks which require following basic safety precautions.
- Must be able to wear and properly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to work within or visit areas where required. This includes safety glasses, reflective vest, ear plugs, steel-toed shoes, and other PPE as required by the location.
