Your Role:

We are seeking a Project Manager, Enterprise Growth to lead high-impact commercial and operational initiatives that drive profitable growth across the United States and Canada. In this role, you will manage projects from opportunity identification and business case development through implementation, value realization, and transition to business ownership.

Working closely with teams across Operations, Customer Care, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Finance, Commercial, Information Technology, and Business Strategy, you will deliver cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, enhance customer experience, increase organizational capacity, and support strategic growth objectives. This role is ideal for a results-oriented project leader who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving business challenges, and excels at driving change across diverse stakeholder groups.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead commercial and operational projects from approved charter through launch, stabilization, benefits realization, and handoff to business owners
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, resources, dependencies, and success measures
  • Facilitate project governance activities including workstream reviews, steering committee meetings, executive updates, and decision forums
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and change requests, ensuring appropriate escalation when required
  • Partner with business leaders to translate strategic opportunities into actionable project charters and business cases
  • Deliver initiatives that improve revenue, profitability, customer experience, service levels, productivity, cost efficiency, and organizational scalability
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Customer Care, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, IT, and Strategy functions
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting processes, and post-implementation reviews to ensure adoption and measurable business impact
  • Analyze current-state business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend scalable future-state solutions
  • Design and implement streamlined workflows, enhanced governance models, and sustainable operating procedures
  • Lead process transformation initiatives that reduce inefficiencies, improve cycle times, and enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Develop training, communication, and change management plans to support successful implementation and user adoption
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, deployment readiness activities, and go-live support
  • Monitor post-launch performance and work with business owners to close adoption gaps and optimize outcomes
  • Utilize project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to support project documentation, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience leading complex commercial, operational, transformation, or enterprise-wide projects
  • Proven success managing cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, departments, and business priorities
  • Strong knowledge of traditional, agile, and hybrid project management methodologies
  • Experience developing business cases, defining project benefits, and measuring value realization
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate, redesign, and improve business processes within complex organizations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence and drive results without direct authority
  • Experience presenting project updates, recommendations, and business impacts to senior leadership teams
  • Proficiency with project management, collaboration, and reporting tools

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting initiatives within Operations, Customer Care, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Finance, Commercial, or Business Strategy teams
  • Experience leading growth, customer experience, productivity, cost optimization, margin improvement, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience implementing enterprise systems, automation solutions, analytics platforms, or AI-enabled technologies
  • PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or similar certification
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, Jira, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Copilot
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and change management practices

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $116,000 - 145,000 USD annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
