About the job

Lead engineering and product development projects, from concept to production. Will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage global and local projects, and ensure product quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

Your tasks

• Plan and execute projects for new accounts, product development, and cost optimization.
• Monitor and manage Custom Fabrication and New Product Development (NPD) projects.
• Provide product design solutions and oversee the process from concept to production.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation: BOM, SOPs, user manuals, and costing.
• Support Sales, Production, and Quality Control teams with technical guidance.
• Collaborate with Purchasing for component sourcing and prototype support.
• Manage project costs, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Act as a facilitator for project management activities and cross-team alignment

Requirements

• Education: Any Engineering courses, MA/MS or MBA is an advantage.
• Certification: Licensed Engineer preferred but not required.
• Experience: 8–15 years total experience, with at least 8 years in relevant design/project management roles.
  
  • Strong engineering strategy and business development skills.
  • Excellent customer management and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Design & 3D software, Manufacturing systems, and Internet tools.
  • Leadership experience: managing teams, setting KPIs, coaching, and talent development.
  • Strategic thinker, Positive, self-motivated, and collaborative team player
