Bij Damen Cargo Vessels, onderdeel van het internationale familiebedrijf Damen Shipyards, werken we elke dag aan de toekomst van de maritieme sector.

Onze gestandaardiseerde ontwerpen sluiten perfect aan op de huidige en toekomstige marktbehoeften, met een ideale balans tussen kwaliteit, prijs en levertijd. De dagelijkse aansturing van onze projecten gebeurt vanuit onze teams in Gorinchem en Drachten, terwijl de schepen worden gebouwd op onze werven in China en Vietnam.

Voor deze divisie zoeken wij een Project Manager Engineering voor locatie Drachten.
The role
Als Project Manager Engineering speel jij een sleutelrol in het realiseren van complexe engineeringsprojecten, van eerste concept tot oplevering. Je leidt een multidisciplinair team van circa 10 engineers en coördineert tevens het engineeringwerk dat wordt uitbesteed aan externe bureaus.
Met jouw technische expertise, leiderschap en helicopterview zorg je ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt: planning, budget, kwaliteit, compliance én samenwerking.
