
Project Manager
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing MEP, Electrical, and ELV projects from initiation to completion. The role involves project planning, resource management, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee project plans and schedules to achieve required project milestones and progress targets within the project duration.
• Lead and manage project teams involved in MEP, Electrical, and ELV works, ensuring effective coordination and performance.
• Manage project resources, including manpower, labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays, risks, and operational challenges.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives and contractual requirements are met.
• Make timely and effective decisions to support project execution and resolve project-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Prepare and present project status reports, progress updates, and performance reviews to management and clients.
• Support business objectives by ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, ELV Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years’ experience in project management of MEP projects, with exposure to Electrical and ELV systems.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
