Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Project Leadership:

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans aligned with organizational goals and educational impact objectives. Manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring efficient delivery and exceeding expectations.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including educators, policymakers, and technology partners. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

• Financial Stewardship: Oversee project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize resource allocation. Ensure financial goals are met while maximizing impact within the specified parameters.

• Innovation Champion: Drive creativity and innovation, proposing and implementing fresh ideas and solutions to enhance learning outcomes and project efficiency. Proactively identify and leverage emerging technologies in the education landscape.

• Risk Mitigation: Anticipate potential challenges and proactively develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact and ensure project success.

• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to guarantee deliverables meet the highest standards and align with educational best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Extensive experience in the Education sector, ideally with a focus on innovative initiatives and technology integration.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is essential.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with a focus on agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively, solve problems, and implement innovative solutions.
