As a Project Manager, eCOA, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, compliant, and client-focused study solutions. You will manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and customer expectations are met while fostering strong collaboration across global teams and clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of eCOA study management across multiple client projects

  • Gather and translate customer requirements into actionable deliverables for internal teams

  • Develop and maintain study documentation, reports, and data archives in compliance with regulatory standards

  • Manage study timelines, budgets, forecasting, scope changes, and invoice reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy

  • Identify and mitigate study risks, proactively escalating issues and driving resolution

  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration to meet contractual obligations

  • Oversee equipment distribution and tracking to ensure timely study execution

  • Apply structured problem-solving approaches to resolve client issues and maintain issue tracking documentation

  • Present study services at investigator meetings and support client discussions alongside Business Development and Operations teams

  • Support onboarding and training of new Project Management team members as needed

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in project management or a related field

  • 1–4 years of project management experience within the pharmaceutical or related industry

  • Understanding of the drug development lifecycle and clinical research processes

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders effectively

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on responsiveness and customer service

  • Ability to identify risks and drive proactive problem resolution

  • Valid passport and willingness to travel up to 20% as required
