Responsible for the overall project, to lead, manage a team of staff as well as coordinating the performance and delivery of the scope in the contract. To ensure that services delivered adhere to the stipulated policies and guidelines and reports are submitted accurately and in time.

• Main POC between Project Team and Client

• To ensure achievement of operational goals and key performance indicators stated in Service Level Agreement (SLA) are met

• The Project Manager shall lead, monitor the performance of the team and be involved in developing employees to their fullest potential
• The Manager shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of work done by all the personnel in the project and ensure that SLAs are met

• The Manager shall ensure that activities carried out shall be properly managed and coordinated by the team, causing no disruption to the business operations by reassigning manpower, where necessary

• Investigate any non-conformances to SLA to facilitate corrective and preventive actions and submit report to Client, where necessary

• Review and discuss with Supervisor to streamline and implement solutions to enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness

• Verify and submit monthly reports and billings to customer

• Identify and submit the Annual Work Process(es) report to the Client

• Prepare and analyse statistical reports on a periodic basis.

• Get Supervisors to analyse customers’ feedback if any and to recommend areas of improvements with solutions

• Get Supervisor to Update and Maintain the Knowledge Management System

• Get Supervisor to Update SOP and plan training programme to newly joined staff

Qualities We Value

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• At least 5 years relevant experience and have managed and handle projects before

• Strong communication skills (oral and written) with good customer service aptitude

• Ability to work independently as well as ability to lead and coach a team

• Good negotiation, presentation and persuasive skills
