About the role

Our client in the automotive industry is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to guide the final stages of a critical Dealer Management System (DMS) implementation.

You will be stepping into a mid-flight project and will be the central point of contact, ensuring continuous momentum, rigorous governance, and flawless communication between the local business units, the internal teams, and the external software vendor.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Project Governance: Assume full control of project tracking, budget management, timelines, and stakeholder reporting following the handover.

• 
  Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary liaison bridging Business, internal and the vendor to ensure all parties are moving toward the same goals.

• 
  Deliverables Management: Track, manage, and drive all outstanding project deliverables to completion.

• 
  Testing & Validation: Oversee the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate the remaining system integrations prior to go-live.

• 
  Data Migration: Supervise the data migration process from legacy systems to the new DMS, ensuring accuracy and security.

• 
  Operational Readiness: Coordinate end-user training programs and ensure the business is fully prepared for the system transition.

• 
  Process Alignment: Ensure local workflows and business processes are aligned with the new system's capabilities

Requirements

• 
  Extensive background in Project Management in the Automotive industry, specifically handling complex enterprise software rollouts.

• 
  Proven, hands-on experience managing ERP or DMS (Dealer Management System) implementations.

• 
  Exceptional English communication skills; comfortable reporting to international headquarters and managing local Vietnamese suppliers and business units.

• 
  Strong "fixer" mentality with the ability to jump into a mid-stage project, quickly assess the landscape, and establish authority and trust.

  High level of adaptability and flexibility regarding working hours and project demands.
