Let’s shape the future of finance - together
At Isabel, we believe that real innovation happens when people and ideas connect
That’s why we’re building more than technology, we’re building an ecosystem.
One where every voice counts, and where your work can truly make a difference.
We’re looking for curious minds and collaborative builders. People who believe success means growing together, learning from each other, and challenging the status quo.
If that sounds like you, keep reading.
What you’ll do
Rather than managing one single project, you will oversee multiple initiatives with different scopes, timelines, stakeholders and technical partners. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective planning, governance, coordination and delivery across this portfolio.
You will join a small internal team that supports internal business teams and works closely with external delivery partners, including local partners and nearshore teams in Bulgaria.
Key Projects and Initiatives
Over the next 12 months, the portfolio will include projects in the following areas:
AI
Developing an AI agent to support Sales & Marketing teams in various activities, including account development, prospecting, profiling and information sharing.
Implementing an AI-driven customer support process flow, enabling customers to receive assistance from an AI agent in resolving questions and issues.
Further rolling out AI tools across the organisation.
Supporting the introduction and adoption of AI within the delivery organisation.
Customer Support
Delivering the AI-enabled customer support process flow described above.
Replacing the current telephony platform, Genesys, with Microsoft Contact Center.
Improving the Know Your Customer (KYC) process for our own customers through new tools and methodologies.
Finance
Implementing changes to billing processes, including support for new products and enhancements to existing products.
Supporting the technical upgrade of our ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Microsoft is moving towards the Power Platform and phasing out Lifecycle Services (LCS), and this transition will need to be managed accordingly.
As Project Manager, you will:
Plan, coordinate and monitor a portfolio of initiatives across multiple business domains.
Ensure clear governance, reporting, planning and follow-up for each project.
Organise and facilitate Steering Committee meetings with members of the Executive Team to provide direction and support decision-making.
Define quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) together with the team and key stakeholders.
Work closely with internal business teams, technical specialists and external delivery partners.
Manage dependencies, risks, priorities and stakeholder expectations across the project portfolio.
Actively contribute to coordination, functional and technical analysis, architecture and solution design when required.
What makes you a great fit
You will be part of a small internal team of approximately 3.5 FTEs. The team is responsible for:
Project coordination and follow-up
Functional and technical analysis
Architecture and solution design
While coordination and project management are the core of this role, the small size of the team means that you will be expected to actively contribute across these areas where needed.
Essential Skills and Experience
Proven experience managing multiple projects or a project portfolio in a digital, technology or transformation environment.
Strong stakeholder-management, planning and organisational skills.
Experience working with senior stakeholders and facilitating steering committees.
The ability to work effectively with external technology and delivery partners.
Functional understanding of the finance value chain, particularly billing and collections processes. Understanding the accounting treatment of these flows is an asset.
Functional understanding of customer support, sales and marketing domains.
Excellent written and spoken English is essential. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is required to collaborate effectively with local stakeholders.
Nice to Have
A general understanding of AI and AI tools, particularly agentic AI and AI development—not only AI tools for personal productivity.
Technical knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform.
Technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
