The solution has already been developed from a technology perspective. The key challenge is now to successfully introduce it to the organization, coordinate multiple stakeholders, drive adoption, and ensure a seamless customer experience across different markets and business units.
We are looking for a professional who understands both the business and customer side of digital products. Ideally, you have experience building, implementing, or enhancing mobile banking applications, digital customer portals, insurance applications, fintech solutions, or other B2C digital products within regulated industries
This role requires someone who can effectively bridge business, technology, operations, and customer experience functions while ensuring successful delivery and user engagement.
