Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of DevOps and engineering programs. Confirm priorities, rebalance capacity, review demand vs supply, retire low value work, align quarterly objectives.
Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure predictable delivery.
Partner with Business Units, Engineering, Product, Security, and Infrastructure teams to drive alignment and execution.
Act as the primary interface between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
Drive Agile delivery by facilitating sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and continuous delivery practices.
Monitor delivery health through metrics, dashboards, and executive status reporting.
Identify and remove delivery roadblocks while proactively managing cross-functional dependencies.
Champion continuous improvement by standardizing project management practices and enhancing delivery maturity.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7- 11 years of Project or Program Management experience in software engineering organizations.
Prior hands-on software development experience with exposure to DevOps principles, agile/scrum methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Proven experience leading cross-functional technology programs from planning through execution & hands-on experience with project management tools such as Microsoft project plan, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud transformation initiatives.
Exposure to security and compliance programs, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
Professional certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), SAFe, or equivalent.
Experience working with distributed global teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Travel Percentage: 20%
