Our client, a top construction general contractor in Atlanta Ga, is seeking a results-oriented Sr. Project Manager to spearhead critical detention center projects, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient facilities.

Responsibilities of Sr. Project Manager:

As the Sr. Project Manager for detention center projects, your responsibilities will include:

  • Team Leadership: Managing cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 7+ years of experience managing public sector or high-security construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of detention center operations, safety protocols, and government regulations.
  • Proven leadership abilities and expertise in managing multiple, large-scale projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; PMP certification is preferred.
