  • Identify at-risk builds, open issues, missing actions, or schedule concerns and escalate to the appropriate owner.

  • Help maintain visibility into all active builds within the assigned tower or product scope.

  • Support follow-through on recovery actions until issues are closed.

Schedule, Action & Risk Tracking

  • Support daily and weekly schedule reviews by collecting updates from production, materials, quality, test, engineering, and planning teams.

  • Track assigned actions, owners, due dates, dependencies, and escalation needs.

  • Help coordinate schedule recovery activities, pull-ahead opportunities, and mitigation plans as directed by program leadership.

  • Document slippages, blockers, risks, and recovery actions in a clear and organized manner.

  • Ensure execution details are visible and current for the Sr. Program Manager, Director of Large Program Execution, and factory leadership.

Materials, BOM & ERP Coordination

  • Assist in validating that required components, subassemblies, and materials are available before build start.

  • Partner with Materials, Master Data, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to track shortages, incorrect attributes, alternates, or ERP configuration issues.

  • Support confirmation that BOM revisions used in the factory align with current released versions.

  • Help coordinate with Engineering on design clarifications, part substitutions, and build readiness questions.

  • Track issues related to ERP configurability, purchase order setup, material staging, and production readiness.

  • Escalate material constraints that could impact delivery commitments.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Serve as a project coordination link across operations, materials, quality, test, engineering, planning, supply chain, and program leadership.

  • Help ensure cross-functional stakeholders are aligned around build priorities, delivery dates, open risks, and next actions.

  • Coordinate meetings, working sessions, recovery standups, and readiness reviews as needed.

  • Follow up with owners to ensure actions are progressing and blockers are being addressed.

  • Support clear communication between operators, planners, production supervisors, engineers, and program teams.

  • Support executive and customer-facing reporting preparation as needed.

Process Improvement & Manufacturing Readiness

  • Capture data related to cycle time, material issues, rework, test constraints, and production bottlenecks.

  • Support process improvement efforts related to flow, sequencing, standard work, material staging, and production readiness.

  • Participate in readiness reviews, manufacturing alignment meetings, and cross-site product forums.

  • Help identify recurring issues that affect build execution, schedule performance, or delivery predictability.

  • Support new product introduction or product ramp activities by tracking readiness actions and feedback from manufacturing teams.

  • Assist with implementation of corrective actions and improved execution practices.
